UK Hotel Work Experience Programme (paid)

Some very good news!! Eurolingua's whole UK Hotel Work Experience Programme has just changed - for the better!! The British Government has placed control largely back in the hands of the language schools with regard to selection and visa support.

Non-EU students nolonger have to do 50% study. It is now only 4-weeks. This greatly increases the time they can work in a hotel and earn really good money - the salaries have increased too. It also means they have to pay less on homestay accommodation before starting the hotel work.

More good news. It has, therefore, been possible to reduce the fee from £GB2130 down to only £GB1595, mainly because of reduced homestay accommodation and some other charges. The deposit is £GB450, remaining balance £GB1145.

  • Total programme duration: 26 weeks
  • 4 weeks English Language Course at our British Council school in Brighton/Hove
  • Cambridge Work Experience Certificate examination preparation
  • Cambridge Certificate (UCLES) fee
  • 4 weeks private homestay accommodation with half-board in Brighton/Hove
  • Hotel work placement fee
  • UK minimum legal salary per hour: under 21 years old £4.35 ; over 21 years £5.05

  • Students can earn £3,828 or £4,444 over 22 weeks, + tips + aid overtime work
  • Staff accommodation and meals costs between £30 to £60 per week
  • Monitoring and Supervision during the Programme
