Montpellier - Study and Learn French in France

Montpellier, France’s southern jewel, is an historic and very lively university town with a picturesque 'Vieille Ville'. It is the cultural and economic centre of the vast Languedoc-Roussillon wine-producing region of southern France. Nearby towns include Arles, Avignon, Carcassonne, La Grande Motte, Marseille, Nîmes and Sète. Other local, world-famous attractions include the Pont du Gard, a 2000-year-old Roman aqueduct, and the Camargue, a nature lovers paradise, with its black bulls, white horses and pink flamingos. Students may go shopping and sightseeing in lively Montpellier, visit local museums and châteaux, enjoy wine-tasting and French cooking, visit the nearby Mediterranean beaches and participate in our special social evenings and entertainments. The Eurolingua Institute is centrally located close to the famous Place de la Comédie and the Tour de la Babote, only 2O minutes from wonderful beaches and the blue Mediterranean. Why not enjoy while you learn!! Group French Programmes (16-75 years). You benefit from morning classes 09h00 to 12h00, Monday to Friday (15 hours) in small friendly groups at the Eurolingua Institute in Montpellier, South of France. The emphasis is on speaking and comprehension skills but grammar and writing are also covered. Students generally enrol on a Eurolingua programme to improve their verbal communication skills and experience the culture in the country of origin rather than working from textbooks at home. Level Test on admission to determine the most appropriate group. Accommodation can be arranged for you with one of our selected, local host families or in an hotel or studio apartment. Open all year, with special programmes during the summer months. http://www.eurolingua.com/French_in_Montpellier.htm
